Boardroom AV Systems

Boardrooms tend to get more attention than typical conference rooms. Unfortunately, this increases the likelihood that AV salespeople will outfit a Boardroom design with an overly complicated and confusing control system. In our mind, the more complex the room, the more thought must go into simplifying the interface.

Larger rooms with more reflective surfaces require MUCH more attention to audio

These rooms often benefit from additional attention to RT60 measurements and wall STC values

Often meetings follow a typical workflow that is more complex and less standardized than smaller conference spaces – but still consistent and repeatable. Asking the right questions can create a control system that is customized to those workflows.
